Our project has reached another important milestone: the landscaping works in the inner courtyard have been completed, giving the building’s interior spaces their final appearance.

On the upper floors, flooring installation, painting, tile repair, as well as mechanical and electrical fitting works are currently in progress.

Final cleaning has begun, and exterior landscaping and paving works have also started to shape the surrounding outdoor areas. Another key milestone is the commissioning of the heat pump, marking significant progress in completing the building’s energy systems.

All works are proceeding according to schedule, and the entire facility is now approaching readiness for occupancy.
