The promotion applies to the apartments listed as promotional on the website https://avicogroup.hu/kulonleges-ajanlatok/ The promotion runs from 1 January 2026 until stocks last or until withdrawn, but no later than 28 February 2026. The offer is valid exclusively for those participating apartments for which, between 1 January 2026 and 28 February 2026, a new registration agreement is concluded and, on this basis, a preliminary or final sale and purchase agreement is entered into between the Seller and the Buyer during this same period, and for which the Buyer pays to the bank account specified in the contract with the relevant Seller an amount corresponding to at least 10% of the gross purchase price as a deposit and purchase price advance. The promotion also applies to small parking spaces and storage units purchased together with the apartments. The slogan “Buy one, get three” within the framework of the promotion is to be understood as meaning that, in addition to the apartments’ original list price, the Sellers offer a small parking space and a storage unit at a significant discount as part of a package. The packages include a 2.4-meter-wide parking space and a 4.2-square-meter storage unit. The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts.
