The project has entered its final phase, and several areas are advancing steadily. Painting and tiling are underway on the upper floors, and parquet flooring has also begun. The exterior façade has been fully painted, and the courtyard façade is expected to be completed within a week. The tower crane has been dismantled, and the basic installations are finished, allowing the electrical and mechanical fittings to start soon. In addition, drywall installation continues in the apartments and corridors.
