As construction of Solaria Homes approaches, it is important to us to keep local residents continuously informed. We have therefore summarized the key details of the construction works, as well as the measures being taken to minimize their impact on the surrounding area.
Expected Construction Schedule
Construction of Solaria Homes is expected to take approximately 20 months. Earthworks will be followed by foundation works and then structural construction. The most intensive construction activity and heavy vehicle traffic are expected during these phases.
Construction work will be carried out on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Any work carried out on Saturdays will be conducted in compliance with the applicable local noise regulations.
We Are Committed to Minimizing the Impact on the Surrounding Area
To reduce the environmental impact of construction-related heavy vehicle traffic, the maximum permitted speed for heavy vehicles will be limited to 10 km/h, thereby helping to reduce noise and vibration. Road sections currently in poorer condition that will be used by construction traffic will be brought to a condition suitable for construction-related use.

Reducing Noise, Dust and Vibration
No demolition or specialized deep-foundation works involving significant vibration will be carried out as part of the construction. Minimizing the impact on the surrounding environment is a key consideration in the selection and implementation of technical solutions. Noise levels will be monitored throughout the construction works, and water spraying will be used where necessary to reduce dust. Uneven sections of the roads will also be repaired.
Particular Attention to Protecting Surrounding Buildings
The condition of the surrounding buildings has already been assessed and documented with the involvement of an independent expert, and the condition of the roads concerned will likewise be documented. In addition, settlement monitoring will be carried out on the surrounding buildings and continuously monitored throughout the entire structural construction phase. Following completion of the structural works, the ring road will also be renovated.
Parking Solutions at Solaria Homes
Solaria Homes will provide a total of 76 dedicated parking spaces: 48 spaces will be located in the underground garage, with an additional 28 spaces provided at ground level.
The parking spaces will be located within the project’s own site, thereby minimizing the impact on parking in the surrounding residential areas and ensuring the convenience of residents.

Utilities to Be Developed in Accordance with Service Provider Requirements
The wastewater and stormwater drainage systems will be designed and implemented in accordance with the technical requirements and specifications set by the relevant utility service provider. These requirements have been determined by the service provider based on the characteristics and available capacity of the existing network.
Preserving Green Assets
The tree removals carried out on the site were undertaken with the relevant municipal authorization, and the trees were also inspected as part of an on-site assessment. We intend to preserve the trees currently standing on the site, provided that their condition is satisfactory, they do not pose a safety risk, and their removal is not justified for plant health reasons. In addition, new trees will be planted in accordance with the applicable requirements.
A Design That Complements the Existing Architectural Environment
A key consideration in the design of Solaria Homes was ensuring that it complements the architectural character of the Mediterrán residential development. The six-storey building, approximately 23 metres in height, features a pitched tiled roof, façade design, colour scheme and shutters that are all designed to complement the Mediterranean character of the surrounding area.
Our aim is to minimize the temporary impact of the construction of Solaria Homes on the surrounding environment as much as possible, while contributing to the long-term development and enhancement of the area through the investment.
