Technical handovers are currently underway at the BlueSide project, along with the commissioning of the mechanical systems and the required performance measurements. Specialists are continuously monitoring the building systems to ensure that everything is completed in accordance with the highest quality and technical standards.

Construction of the pavement surrounding the building has been completed, including the exit ramps of the parking garage levels, meaning that all external traffic surfaces are now fully finished.

Inside the building, minor painting and repair works are currently in progress, and final cleaning is also underway. The project has entered its final phase, with the team paying close attention to every detail to ensure that the development will soon be fully ready for handover.
