We are pleased to inform future owners that technical handovers at the GreenTop Residential Park will begin on March 23, 2026.

Over the coming weeks, apartment walkthroughs will take place according to a scheduled plan, during which owners will have the opportunity to personally view their completed homes.

During the technical handover process, owners will be able to record any observations and carry out a detailed inspection of their apartments.
The affected owners will receive separate notifications with the exact appointment times and further information.
