Construction is progressing according to schedule, with structural works currently underway. The foundation slab has been completed across the entire footprint of the building, and the installation of the permanent dewatering pipe network and wells has also been successfully completed.

The structural works on the individual buildings are at different stages of completion. In Building A, construction of the ground floor ceiling slab is in progress. In Building B, work has already advanced to the first-floor ceiling slab, while in Building C, the ceiling slabs between the basement levels are currently being constructed..

Mechanical installations have also commenced. In the ground-floor apartments of Buildings A and B, the ceiling heating and cooling panels have already been installed. In Building B, installation of the ceiling heating and cooling system integrated into the first-floor ceiling slab has also begun.

At the same time, backfilling works around the building have started, marking an important milestone in preparing the site for the development of the surrounding outdoor areas.

Another major phase of construction will begin in the coming weeks. Masonry works are scheduled to commence in August, starting with the basement levels.
