Currently, approximately 70 professionals are working on-site every day to ensure that the structural construction works of the individual buildings are completed according to schedule.
Earthworks have reached their final phase: excavation, backfilling, and compaction of the load-bearing crushed stone layer are only required in a small remaining area. Once these works are completed, the construction of the foundation slab can be fully finalized.

The drainage system beneath the foundation slab is functioning properly, and groundwater is now being pumped from the permanent wells, marking an important milestone in the progress of the project.
The foundation slab is currently approximately 70% complete, with the remaining sections expected to be fully finished within the next 2–3 weeks.

Structural works on the individual buildings are also progressing well:
- At Building “C”, approximately half of the foundation slab construction is still outstanding.
- At Building “B”, the slab above level -2 has been completed, and reinforcement works for the slab above level -1 are currently underway.
- At Building “A”, half of the slab above level -2 has already been completed, while formwork installation is in progress on the remaining section.
