Landscaping works are currently underway in the inner courtyard, contributing to the final design of the communal areas.

On the ground floor, the resin flooring works have been completed, and this area is now finished.

The heat pump has been successfully commissioned, ensuring the building’s modern and energy-efficient operation.

Construction on the upper floors is progressing steadily: plastering and painting are ongoing, along with the completion of tiling works and the installation of parquet flooring.

In parallel, electrical and mechanical fit-out works are also in progress, serving the finalization of the building’s technical systems.

The project is advancing toward full completion in line with the construction schedule.
