The interior landscaping works have been completed, while gardeners are currently working on the exterior green areas to ensure that residents will soon be able to enjoy well-maintained and thoughtfully designed communal outdoor spaces connected to their homes.

The lobby flooring has been completed, and the main reception area has now reached its final appearance. Installation of mechanical and electrical fittings is continuously progressing within the apartments, with works currently underway on the upper floors.

Painting works in the apartments, as well as in the common areas on the upper levels, are nearing completion. Parquet flooring installation is almost entirely finished, with only a few apartments remaining. In addition, the installation of interior doors will soon be completed, marking another important step toward the finalization of the homes.
