The tower crane will be dismantled at the end of September. The facades are being surfaced, the coloring is progressing and the gluing of the facade cladding on the ground floor will soon begin.

We will be ready with the basic electrical and mechanical installation within a week or two. We have finished the plastering, the smoothing and painting are also nearing completion. We are also progressing with the tiling, and the communal areas and staircase will soon be tiled. We are plastering the corridors on the floors.

The gardeners are working on the roof and we are also making good progress with the tinning.

The waterproofing of the building is completely completed except for the inner courtyard, here we can build the layers after the crane is dismantled. The installation of the entrance doors has also begun.
