We are pleased to inform our visitors and partners that the concrete pouring of the first foundation slab section has been successfully completed. Construction is progressing according to schedule, and this marks a significant milestone in the foundation phase of the project.

Earthworks are currently focused on excavation around the pile foundations and the replacement of the upper soil layer. The previously planned large-scale soil removal operations have been completed, resulting in a more organized and clearly structured construction site.

The installation of the drainage layer and the subsurface drainpipe network beneath the foundation slab is advancing gradually, in line with the progress of the earthworks. This system plays a crucial role in ensuring the building’s long-term waterproofing and structural stability.

In parallel, the first section of the basement wall at level -2 has also been concreted, representing another major step forward in the substructure works.
