Structural construction works at the site are progressing according to schedule. The construction of the foundation slab is currently approximately 50% complete, while the slab above level -2 has reached roughly 20% completion.

Earthworks are ongoing and are already approaching the final phase. Of the three planned permanent dewatering wells, two have already been completed and installed.

Significant progress has also been made in terms of machinery: the first tower crane was erected in early April. The installation of the next crane is expected within the next 1–2 weeks, while the third crane is scheduled to be erected within 3–4 weeks.
