We are pleased to inform our future residents that the technical handover of the Blueside building will begin on December 8, 2025.

Earthworks are in their final phase, and almost all of the excavated soil has already been transported off site. Site preparation is therefore progressing according to schedule.

As the next step, the installation of the permanent dewatering wells and the construction of the drainage pipe system are starting, partly having taken place last week and partly scheduled for the coming week. The works are proceeding continuously and in line with the planned schedule.
