The project has entered its final phase, and several areas are advancing steadily.

Painting and tiling are underway on the upper floors, and parquet flooring has also begun. The exterior façade has been fully painted, and the courtyard façade is expected to be completed within a week. The tower crane has been dismantled, and the basic installations are finished, allowing the electrical and mechanical fittings to start soon. In addition, drywall installation continues in the apartments and corridors.

On the roof, the construction of the rooftop garden has been completed, the jacuzzi has been installed, and the sauna construction will begin shortly.

The railings on the exterior façade have been installed, and we are now working on the staircase railings. In the inner courtyard, the slope concrete and waterproofing works will start soon. On the 5th-floor terrace, waterproofing has already been completed, and insulation and plastering of the recessed façade are currently in progress.

The construction of the building is proceeding according to schedule, and we will soon be able to report further impressive progress.
