Construction at the AVICO Greentop residential park is advancing steadily. Windows have already been installed, and facade work is now underway. On the rooftop, professionals are applying waterproofing layers.

Meanwhile, on the first three floors, bathroom waterproofing and tiling are in progress. Plastering has been completed on the third floor, while puttying continues on the lower levels. Screeding is currently taking place on the fourth floor.

On the fifth floor, basic mechanical and electrical installation is ongoing, with teams positioning cables and pipes in their final locations.

In the coming weeks, the focus will shift to tiling, painting, and further facade work.
