AVICO’s BlueSide project has made significant progress. The facade of the residential park is now being painted, and the installation of travertine stone cladding has begun. Windows have been fitted, and both roof waterproofing and thermal insulation are underway. Waterproofing and tiling of the terraces are also in progress.

Inside the flats and shared common areas, plastering, painting, and tiling works are ongoing. The basic mechanical and electrical installations have been completed, and work has now shifted to installing the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. The heat pump is already in place, and it will soon be connected.

As an important milestone in the development, the construction crane will be dismantled in the coming days. Once that is done, landscaping of the inner courtyard will begin.
