The construction of the Spring Garden residential development has reached another exciting stage, with structural works, masonry and landscaping progressing simultaneously at Buildings A, B and C.
Structural works continue at Building A
Construction of the slab above the first floor of Building A has commenced. The heating and cooling panels to be integrated into the ceiling have already been installed, and reinforcement works for the slab are currently underway. According to the schedule, concreting of the slab is expected to take place next week.
At the same time, masonry works have commenced on Level -2 of Building A. The walls of two storage areas have already been fully completed.
Significant progress has also been made on the gym located between Buildings A and B: the reinforced concrete structure of the room has now been completed.
Works at Building B are progressing according to schedule
At Building B, we are currently working on the slab above the first floor. Approximately two-thirds of the slab has already been completed, and concreting works are progressing continuously.
At the same time, masonry works have commenced on the large storage area on Level -1 of Building B.
Building C structure to soon emerge above ground level
At Building C, reinforcement works for the slab above Level -1 are currently underway. According to the schedule, this slab is also expected to be concreted next week.
Once this phase is completed, the entire structural frame of Building C will have risen above ground level, marking another important milestone in the construction of the development.
Backfilling works have also commenced
The construction site has entered another highly visible phase, as backfilling works around Buildings A and B have now begun. As structural works progress, the surrounding areas can gradually be restored and landscaped as well.
Construction is progressing according to schedule, and further visible changes are expected across the Spring Garden residential development in the coming weeks.
