The construction of the Spring Garden residential development has reached another exciting stage, with structural works, masonry and landscaping progressing simultaneously at Buildings A, B and C.
Structural works continue at Building A
Construction of the slab above the first floor of Building A has commenced. The heating and cooling panels to be integrated into the ceiling have already been installed, and reinforcement works for the slab are currently underway. According to the schedule, concreting of the slab is expected to take place next week.
The BlueSide Residential Park Receives Official Land Registry Registration
We are delighted to inform our future and new homeowners that BlueSide Residential Park has been officially registered with the Land Registry, and the condominium has now been formally established.
