The construction of the Spring Garden residential development has reached another exciting stage, with structural works, masonry and landscaping progressing simultaneously at Buildings A, B and C.
Structural works continue at Building A
Construction of the slab above the first floor of Building A has commenced. The heating and cooling panels to be integrated into the ceiling have already been installed, and reinforcement works for the slab are currently underway. According to the schedule, concreting of the slab is expected to take place next week.

Construction is progressing according to schedule, with structural works currently underway. The foundation slab has been completed across the entire footprint of the building, and the installation of the permanent dewatering pipe network and wells has also been successfully completed.
The structural works on the individual buildings are at different stages of completion. In Building A, construction of the ground floor ceiling slab is in progress. In Building B, work has already advanced to the first-floor ceiling slab, while in Building C, the ceiling slabs between the basement levels are currently being constructed.
