GreenTop: façade painting underway, rooftop garden under construction
Construction works at our residential development in Angyalföld are progressing at full speed. In recent days, we have completed the building’s water, sewer and gas connections. On the Zsinór Street side, façade painting have begun, bringing the building’s exterior closer to its final look.
On the first three floors, skimming, painting and tiling are in progress, while plastering continues on the fourth floor. The roof has been waterproofed, and we are now working on the remaining build-up layers and the construction of the rooftop garden.
BlueSide façade nearing completion
The BlueSide residential development has reached another striking phase, with several key construction tasks approaching completion.
The façade of the Angyalföld building is nearly finished, and the installation of metal sheet structures is currently underway. Interior works are also progressing well, with plastering, painting and tiling ongoing. In the inner courtyard, soil backfilling has begun — paving the way for the start of landscaping works.
The building’s water and sewer connections have been completed, while gas connection works are still in progress.

Construction kicks off at Spring Garden – diaphragm wall works underway, site being cleared
Work has officially started at Spring Garden. Diaphragm wall construction is now in progress — a key preparatory phase of deep foundation works. At the same time, the remaining foundations of the previous building are being dismantled, and previously buried construction debris is being removed from the site
These operations are essential not only from a technical perspective but also to fully relieve and clear the area — ensuring that Spring Garden can rise from stable, clean foundations.
Soon, modern-style flats built with AVICO quality and a green mindset will take shape here.
Greentop on the rise – facade taking shape, interior works progressing smoothly
Construction at the AVICO Greentop residential park is advancing steadily. Windows have already been installed, and facade work is now underway. On the rooftop, professionals are applying waterproofing layers.
Meanwhile, on the first three floors, bathroom waterproofing and tiling are in progress. Plastering has been completed on the third floor, while puttying continues on the lower levels. Screeding is currently taking place on the fourth floor.
On the fifth floor, basic mechanical and electrical installation is ongoing, with teams positioning cables and pipes in their final locations.
In the coming weeks, the focus will shift to tiling, painting, and further facade work.
Greentop is getting closer each day to welcoming its new residents in December with modern, eco-conscious flats.
Construction of BlueSide residential park progressing visibly
AVICO’s BlueSide project has made significant progress. The facade of the residential park is now being painted, and the installation of travertine stone cladding has begun. Windows have been fitted, and both roof waterproofing and thermal insulation are underway. Waterproofing and tiling of the terraces are also in progress.
Inside the flats and shared common areas, plastering, painting, and tiling works are ongoing. The basic mechanical and electrical installations have been completed, and work has now shifted to installing the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. The heat pump is already in place, and it will soon be connected.
As an important milestone in the development, the construction crane will be dismantled in the coming days. Once that is done, landscaping of the inner courtyard will begin.
