Our weekend open day attracted exceptional interest, focusing on our premium developments currently under construction in the green belt of Budapest’s 13th district: the GreenTop and Spring Garden residential parks. The event was a source of great pride for us not only because of the record number of visitors, but also because several of our homes found their new owners during the day.

At the BlueSide residential park, technical handovers are currently underway. In parallel, the commissioning of the mechanical systems and the completion of the necessary measurements are also in progress.

Technical handovers at the GreenTop Residential Park will begin on March 23
We are pleased to inform future owners that technical handovers at the GreenTop Residential Park will begin on March 23, 2026.
Over the coming weeks, apartment walkthroughs will take place according to a scheduled plan, during which owners will have the opportunity to personally view their completed homes.
Spring Garden – foundation works progressing well
We are pleased to inform our visitors and partners that the concrete pouring of the first foundation slab section has been successfully completed. Construction is progressing according to schedule, and this marks a significant milestone in the foundation phase of the project.
Earthworks are currently focused on excavation around the pile foundations and the replacement of the upper soil layer.
GreenTop – project status
The interior landscaping works have been completed, while gardeners are currently working on the exterior green areas to ensure that residents will soon be able to enjoy well-maintained and thoughtfully designed communal outdoor spaces connected to their homes.
The lobby flooring has been completed, and the main reception area has now reached its final appearance.
Technical Handover at the BlueSide Project
Technical handovers are currently underway at the BlueSide project, along with the commissioning of the mechanical systems and the required performance measurements. Specialists are continuously monitoring the building systems to ensure that everything is completed in accordance with the highest quality and technical standards.
Construction progress continues at GreenTop Residential Park
Construction work at the GreenTop Residential Park is progressing according to schedule.
Painting, tiling, and other interior works have started on the upper floors, marking a significant step forward in the completion of the building’s interior spaces.
BlueSide – Finishing works
Minor finishing works are underway at the BlueSide residential complex, the technical handover of the apartments has begun, and the gas meter has already been installed.
Cleaning and final touches are in progress, while the sidewalk around the building has been completed. 🌳
GreenTop – Construction Status
Landscaping works are currently underway in the inner courtyard, contributing to the final design of the communal areas.
On the ground floor, the resin flooring works have been completed, and this area is now finished.
The heat pump has been successfully commissioned, ensuring the building’s modern and energy-efficient operation.
Spring Garden – Progress of Construction Works
The construction project has reached an important milestone: the piling works were completed during the past week. In parallel, the trimming back, reinforcement, and concreting of the pile heads has begun in the area facing Reitter Ferenc Street.
