Construction Progressing at an Impressive Pace
Currently, approximately 70 professionals are working on-site every day to ensure that the structural construction works of the individual buildings are completed according to schedule.
Earthworks have reached their final phase: excavation, backfilling, and compaction of the load-bearing crushed stone layer are only required in a small remaining area. Once these works are completed, the construction of the foundation slab can be fully finalized.
Special yet welcoming – the GreenTop Residential Park lobby is complete
The lobby of GreenTop Residential Park has now taken its final shape. When designing this shared entrance area, it was important to ensure that visitors are greeted with a warm, homely atmosphere from the very first moment, so residents can step through the gate into a pleasant and friendly environment.
True to the name of the residential park, the lobby’s design reflects a natural, green style.
The GreenTop Residential Park’s Community Rooftop Terrace Has Been Completed
We are pleased to inform our future residents that the GreenTop Residential Park’s community rooftop terrace has been fully completed.
Outdoor furniture, comfortable sun loungers, tables, and sofas have been placed on the terrace, creating an ideal environment for relaxation and unwinding after a long day.
Spring Garden – News
Structural construction works at the site are progressing according to schedule. The construction of the foundation slab is currently approximately 50% complete, while the slab above level -2 has reached roughly 20% completion.
Earthworks are ongoing and are already approaching the final phase. Of the three planned permanent dewatering wells, two have already been completed and installed.
AVICO GROUP Open Day Concludes with Outstanding Success
Our weekend open day attracted exceptional interest, focusing on our premium developments currently under construction in the green belt of Budapest’s 13th district: the GreenTop and Spring Garden residential parks. The event was a source of great pride for us not only because of the record number of visitors, but also because several of our homes found their new owners during the day.
BlueSide – Latest News
At the BlueSide residential park, technical handovers are currently underway. In parallel, the commissioning of the mechanical systems and the completion of the necessary measurements are also in progress.
GreenTop – Technical handover
Technical handovers at the GreenTop Residential Park will begin on March 23
We are pleased to inform future owners that technical handovers at the GreenTop Residential Park will begin on March 23, 2026.
Over the coming weeks, apartment walkthroughs will take place according to a scheduled plan, during which owners will have the opportunity to personally view their completed homes.
Spring Garden – foundation works progressing well
We are pleased to inform our visitors and partners that the concrete pouring of the first foundation slab section has been successfully completed. Construction is progressing according to schedule, and this marks a significant milestone in the foundation phase of the project.
Earthworks are currently focused on excavation around the pile foundations and the replacement of the upper soil layer.
GreenTop – project status
The interior landscaping works have been completed, while gardeners are currently working on the exterior green areas to ensure that residents will soon be able to enjoy well-maintained and thoughtfully designed communal outdoor spaces connected to their homes.
The lobby flooring has been completed, and the main reception area has now reached its final appearance.
