Construction work at the GreenTop Residential Park is progressing according to schedule.
Painting, tiling, and other interior works have started on the upper floors, marking a significant step forward in the completion of the building’s interior spaces.
BlueSide – Finishing works
Minor finishing works are underway at the BlueSide residential complex, the technical handover of the apartments has begun, and the gas meter has already been installed.
Cleaning and final touches are in progress, while the sidewalk around the building has been completed. 🌳
GreenTop – Construction Status
Landscaping works are currently underway in the inner courtyard, contributing to the final design of the communal areas.
On the ground floor, the resin flooring works have been completed, and this area is now finished.
The heat pump has been successfully commissioned, ensuring the building’s modern and energy-efficient operation.
Spring Garden – Progress of Construction Works
The construction project has reached an important milestone: the piling works were completed during the past week. In parallel, the trimming back, reinforcement, and concreting of the pile heads has begun in the area facing Reitter Ferenc Street.
Technical handover of the Blueside building begins on 8th December
We are pleased to inform our future residents that the technical handover of the Blueside building will begin on 8th December 2025.
During the process, owners will be able to take possession of their apartments with the assistance of our specialists and verify their technical condition.

Work is progressing well at the GreenTop construction site
The project has entered its final phase, and several areas are advancing steadily.
Painting and tiling are underway on the upper floors, and parquet flooring has also begun. The exterior façade has been fully painted, and the courtyard façade is expected to be completed within a week. The tower crane has been dismantled, and the basic installations are finished, allowing the electrical and mechanical fittings to start soon. In addition, drywall installation continues in the apartments and corridors.
The construction of the Spring Garden project is progressing well
On-site, the diaphragm walls and guide beams have been completed and the anchoring of the diaphragm walls has also been finished.
Earthworks are currently underway, and as the next step, we have begun drilling and concreting the pile foundations.
