BlueSide – Latest news about construction
We have dismantled the tower crane and are installing it (electrical and mechanical) on all levels, the cladding and painting of the facade has been completed.
We are carrying out tinsmithing work, and the aluminum pergolas will soon be installed on both the street and interior facades.
The Spring Garden project has reached another milestone!
We have completed the diaphragm wall construction, so the worksite is now ready for the next phase.
GreenTop: The electrical and mechanical rough-in work is progressing dynamically
The tower crane will be dismantled at the end of September. The facades are being surfaced, the coloring is progressing and the gluing of the facade cladding on the ground floor will soon begin.
We will be ready with the basic electrical and mechanical installation within a week or two.

GreenTop: façade painting underway, rooftop garden under construction
Construction works at our residential development in Angyalföld are progressing at full speed. In recent days, we have completed the building’s water, sewer and gas connections. On the Zsinór Street side, façade painting have begun, bringing the building’s exterior closer to its final look.
On the first three floors, skimming, painting and tiling are in progress, while plastering continues on the fourth floor.
BlueSide façade nearing completion
The BlueSide residential development has reached another striking phase, with several key construction tasks approaching completion.
The façade of the Angyalföld building is nearly finished, and the installation of metal sheet structures is currently underway. Interior works are also progressing well, with plastering, painting and tiling ongoing. In the inner courtyard, soil backfilling has begun — paving the way for the start of landscaping works.
The building’s water and sewer connections have been completed, while gas connection works are still in progress.
